Ingredients
- 1 spice cake mix (18 1/4 ounce box)
- 1 can solid-pack pumpkin (15 oz, the small can)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients
- Preheat oven to 325° (convection) or 350° (regular)
- Place heaping spoonfuls about 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Cool and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting
