New for 2022
- A draw for a $50 Tollyclub Store gift certificate for everyone who registers by April 15
- Help your marina or yacht club win the prize for the most Tollycrafts attending the Rendezvous
Select your volunteer preference(s) when you register and receive the volunteer schedule before you arrive- Early-Bird Commodore Welcome Drinks (Wednesday)
- Pack your musical instruments for an open jam session (Wednesday)
- The unveiling of our inaugural special edition Tollyclub t-shirt (Thursday)
- Tollycraft Swap Meet (Friday)
- Cat in the Hat Auction – the more tickets you buy, the better your chance to win your favourite item (Friday)
- The Rendezvous Commemorative Plaque is now an optional add-on
- Donations from the proceeds of the 50/50, Cat in the Hat Auction and sales of the special edition t-shirt to three groups with ties to the Tollycraft brand
- Zoom options for the Tollycraft Boating Club AGM and hopefully a few other events.
Returning in 2022
- The traditional Thursday Potluck Dinner. Participants are encouraged to Seussify their dishes.
- A Green event – please bring your own dishes, drinkware and cutlery to meals and docktails.
Registration
Registration for the Rendezvous closes on May 20. This deadline is set in conjunction with Roche Harbor’s requirements and our ordering timelines. As such, these dates are firm, and we encourage you to register early.
Everyone who registers by April 15 will be entered into a draw for a $50 gift certificate for the Tollyclub Store
Late registration is available from May 21 to June 7. Every effort will be made to accommodate late registrations but cannot be guaranteed.
