Opening Day Cruise

May 2 @ 1:00 pm May 5 @ 11:00 am

EVENT DETAILS

  • The Windermere Cup is a 4-day event filled with yachts, Yacht Club parties, dancing, crew racing, food, music, and fun. The 2024 theme, established by the Seattle Yacht Club, is “Pirates and Pursuers.”
  • The UW dock is close by to bring aboard guests or walk your dogs. Dinghies are a must. Because we are rafted to each other along the log boom, it is a great opportunity to get to know other club members.
  • We have an unbeatable view of the Windermere Cup Regatta and Parade. Visit the Yacht Clubs to enjoy dinner and dancing. There is always entertainment on the log boom.
  • Dinner, dancing, and entertainment are available Wednesday through Saturday at Queen City Yacht Club. QCYC also sponsors a Sunday morning breakfast. Tickets should be purchased in advance. More information will be available in April.
  • Resources: Seattle Yacht Club Opening Day, Windermere Cup, Party on the Cut

NOTES

  • Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
  • If you plan to bring pets with you, please review the Tollyclub Pet Policy.

Boats can begin arriving Thursday after 2 p.m. While this is a four-day event, we will hold your spot until Saturday morning at 8 a.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving late.

Notes

  • This event costs $10 per boat plus moorage along the log boom. Boom moorage is calculated by beam, rounded up to the next foot.
  • We are limited to 180 feet of Logboom, so register early.
  • Registration closes April 20.
  • Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge.
