Please join us in celebrating the life of Scott Fultz on Saturday, November 8, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Anacortes Elks Lodge (1009 7th St, Anacortes, WA 98221).

At 3 p.m., family and friends will share stories, memories, and moments that capture who Scott was and what he meant to so many.
