Notes

• Online registration opens Friday, March 3 at 10 a.m. (PST).
• Deadline to register is Friday, March 24 at 11:55 p.m. (PST).
• Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
• The Tollycraft Boating Club is responsible for slip assignments at this mini cruise. Please include your overall length & beam, preferred tie and shore power when you register. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences but cannot be guaranteed.
• Moorage payment will be made directly to the Port of Poulsbo upon arrival.

Shakedown Mini Cruise Schedule

Friday, March 31

Arrivals

• The Tollycraft Boating Club is responsible for slip assignments at this mini cruise. Please include your overall length & beam, preferred tie and shore power when you register. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferences but cannot be guaranteed.
• Moorage payment will be made directly to the Port of Poulsbo upon arrival.

50/50 Sales 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Buried Treasure Potluck Dinner 6:15 p.m. (shelter on the dock)

• Inspired by this year’s Rendezvous theme, our first potluck theme of 2023 is Buried Treasure (Under the Big W!).
• Think potluck items like stuffed chicken breasts, pasta with goodies, pigs in a blanket, stuffed potatoes, peppers or mushrooms, cream-filled cupcakes.

  • window (or real) shopping
  • Longship Marine (closed Sunday)

Docktails 4:30 p.m. (BYO)

50/50 Sales 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Dinner at Woodfired Pizza 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

• Join us for a pizza dinner at Woodfired Pizza (18937 Front Street – near Longship Marine)
• Cost is $10/person (individuals responsible for drinks)
• Pizzas will be hot out of the oven at 6 p.m.
• 50/50 winner to be drawn following dinner.

Registration

• Please do not “reserve” your spot via Facebook or an email to a bridge member.
• Event registration is $10/Tolly or land yacht.
• Saturday’s Pizza Dinner is $10 per person and purchased with your registration.
• Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge to cover expenses associated with the event. Following the event, you will receive a discount code to join the Tollycraft Boating Club. The code is valid for 30 days and saves you $10 off the new member registration fee

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
2. Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
3. Refunds for pre-paid moorage will only be issued if the Tollycraft Boating Club is not charged for the slip or the moorage can be transferred to another participant.
