Tollyclub Mini Cruise Trifecta

  • The Spring Mini Cruise is the first event in our Seasonal Trifecta.
  • Everyone attending this event along with the Autumn Mini Cruise (Port Orchard) and Winter Mini Cruise (La Conner) will be entered in the draw for a chance to win free registration to a mini of their choice in 2024.

Notes

  • Online registration opens on Saturday, April 8
  • Deadline to register is Friday, May 5 at 3 p.m. (PST). This date is set in conjunction with the deadline to reserve moorage with Bell Harbor (see below)
  • We’re hosting TWO potluck dinners for this mini-cruise. Once registration is complete, we’ll split the group and let you know which potluck your Tolly is supplying food to.
  • Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
  • Remember to pack chairs to join us comfortably on the docks.

Moorage

  • Participants are responsible to contact Bell Harbor Marina (206-787-3952) to reserve their moorage.
  • The deadline to book your moorage as part of our Tollycraft group is May 5 at 3 p.m.
  • All participants are required to pre-pay their first night’s moorage when reserving their slip.

Arrivals

  • Contact Bell Harbor Marina (206-787-3952) to reserve your moorage. Make sure to tell them you’re with the Tollycraft event and complete your reservation by Friday, May 5 at 3 p.m.

Docktails 4:45 p.m.

  • Celebrate Post Cinco de Mayo with us!
  • Donations to our margarita fund are appreciated ($$ donation when you register below, mix – we always seem to run low, and/or tequila).
  • 50/50 ticket sales (5 for $5 or 25 for $20). Winner announced on Saturday after dinner.

Potluck Dinner #1  6:30 p.m.

  • Continuing our themes inspired by this year’s Tollyclub Rendezvous, Friday’s potluck is 1963 Mojave Desert Fiesta.
  • Think potluck items that go with margaritas, have a southwest feel and/or may be a little retro.

Registration

  • Please do not “reserve” your spot via Facebook or an email to a bridge member.
  • Event registration is $10/Tolly or land yacht.
  • Donations to the Margarita Fund are optional but appreciated. You can contribute using the donation option below or at the event with contributions of mix (we always run low) and/or tequila.
  • Please indicate if you and your crew is planning to attend lunch at the Pike Brewery.
  • Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge to cover expenses associated with the event. Following the event, you will receive a discount code to join the Tollycraft Boating Club. The code is valid for 30 days and saves you $10 off the new member registration fee

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
  2. Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.

Please confirm your moorage with Bell Harbor BEFORE registering for this event as there are limited slips remaining. If the marina is full, you are always welcome to attend by land yacht (car).
