  • Decorating your boat

  • If your pet is attending the Rendezvous, be sure to include a themed outfit for our Pet Parade.

  • Full refunds (minus 10%) are available for cancellations until May 18.
  • Between May 19 and June 1 cancellations receive partial refunds:
  • Rendezvous registration: $75
  • Dinner tickets: 50%
  • There are no refunds after June 1.
  • To cancel your Rendezvous registration, complete the cancellation form below.

Moorage at Roche Harbor
  • Check-in is after 1 p.m. DO NOT ARRIVE before 12 p.m.
  • Only dock in your assigned slip and only after receiving approval from Roche Harbor Marina.
  • The Rendezvous registration fee does not include moorage. Payment for moorage is completed with the marina staff once you arrive at Roche Harbor. And they come to your slip!
  • There is no charge for moorage on Wednesday.
  • For special requests (buddy boats, specific slips), please include them when you register for the Rendezvous. These are not guaranteed.
  • Slip assignments are completed by Roche Harbor staff – we send your boat details and any special requests to them after you complete your registration.
  • Upon entering Roche Harbor contact the Harbor Master on Channel 78A for a slip assignment. Let the Harbor Master know you are with the Tollycraft Rendezvous. Roche Harbor dock staff will be there to assist you with docking.
  • Depending on the size of your boat and the size of the slip you are assigned, you may share with another Tolly member – a great way to get know more people.

  • Set-Up / Tear Down: Assist with general set-up and tear down of Rendezvous activities throughout the weekend.
  • Morning Coffee: Greet guests, make coffee, transfer coffee to urns, provide water for kettle (tea), tidy food area as necessary. Clean up at the end of service.
  • Pancake Breakfast: Assist with meal prep, organize service area, initial cooking and serving | Final cooking, serving and clean-up of cooking and serving area.
  • Potluck Dinner: Set-up tables for serving, keep food service moving, ensure tables are clean following the potluck
  • Burgers & Brew Dinner: Assist with meal prep, organize service area, initial cooking and serving | Final cooking, serving and clean-up of cooking and serving area.
  • Docktails: Assist with preparing and serving beverages during docktails.
  • 50/50 and Raffle Ticket Sales: Sell tickets to all participants, ensure all tickets are torn apart. For raffle, assist participants with how to “bid” on items
  • Tolly Store: Sell Tolly SWAG, assist shoppers, tidy store.
  • Photography: Take lots of photos!! Upload to our photo library (TBD)
  • Games & Activities: Assist with bingo, pet parade marine swap meet and other games and activities.
  • Check-In: Greet guests, hand out Rendezvous goodie bags, update attendance list.

Tolly pets are welcome at the Tollycraft Boating Club Rendezvous. Please review our pet policy in advance so everyone as a great event.

Activities & One Meeting

New for 2026 a non‑stop Boat Open House. In your goodie bag, you’ll find a small ‘Welcome Aboard’ flag for your boat.

When you’re happy to have people stop by, just clip or hang the flag where it’s easy to see from the dock.

When you’re away from your Tolly or you’d like some quiet or private time, tuck the flag away and visits pause until you put it back up again

All first time Rendezvous participants, new Tollycruisers members and anyone attending after being away for a while are invited to this 1st Timers Meet & Greet. And all members are encouraged to attend to welcome our new members.

This is your chance to meet other newcomers and ask any questions you may have and start the fun of Rendezvous weekend.

What to Bring: Marine related items needing a new home

Do you have boating items taking up valuable space on your Tolly or your garage? Then bring them to sell at our Marine Swap Meet.

All items must be clearly labeled with you and your Tolly’s names. Please remove any unsold items promptly at the end of the Swap Meet (if we return them, we might include more than you brought).

Date & Time: Saturday, June 20 @ 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Location: The docks

Provided: Ballots and Tollys

This your last chance to cast your ballot for your favourite Tollys. So, if you haven’t already walked the dock, put on your comfy shoes, your ballot and a pen.

All ballots are returned to the voting box at the small tent.

During our Saturday dinner the following awards are presented:

  • Best of Show
  • Best Original Tolly
  • Best Restored Tolly
  • Best Decorated Tolly
  • Best Costume**

This is our final group event for the Rendezvous and a wonderful memento of the weekend.

Please note that alcohol is NOT allowed on the Roche Harbor grounds.

Dates & Times: Every night @ sunset

Location: Roche Harbor Marina (your Tolly, someone else’s Tolly, a dinghy, on the main lawn, etc)

What to Bring: Nothing

Beginning 10 minutes before sunset, the Roche Harbor colors ceremony is a special event each night during the Tollycraft Boating Club Rendezvous.

Accompanied by music, the Roche Harbor staff retire the flags of the Tollycraft Boating Club, Roche Harbor, Washington state, Great Britain, Canada and the United States

Rendezvous participants are encouraged to take part, either on the lawn by the flags or on their Tollys.

Thanks to our outstanding Tollycraft cooks, the potluck dinner is one of the Rendezvous’ culinary highlights.

Curious what to bring? Short answer, anything. We do not assign categories or types of food. In our experience, it all works out in the end.

Simply prepare your favourite appy, main dish or dessert – we’re looking forward to sampling it.

And no, you do not have to bring enough food for everyone. As one dish is emptied, there is always a new one ready to take it’s place. As a rule of thumb, enough food for 15 (ish) people is a good start. Usually, everyone takes smaller servings so they can fit more on their plates!!

Fun and Games

Date & Time: Wednesday, June 18 after Colors

Location: Big Tent

What to Bring: Your musical memories of the decade of arena rock, hair metal, new wave and post punk bands,

Compete alongside other Tolly owners in a game of Name That Tune.

Dates & Times: Thursday, June 18 @ 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Location: Pickleball courts (tennis court near the pool)

Provided: Pickleball equipment to be provided by members and/or Roche Harbor

What to Bring: Water, hat, camera

Pickleball was invented in 1965 on Bainbridge Island! This is a racket or paddle sport that either two or four players hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball. Like tennis, the players will hit the ball over a net until one side is unable to return the ball or commits a rule infraction.

What to Bring: Completed pet parade bio, your pet

All pets (with their humans) are welcome to take part in our annual Pet Parade outside the tents. Tollyclub celebrities judge the pets based on the following criteria:

  • Theme: How well the Pretty in Pink theme is portrayed by the pet.
  • Personality: How well is the pet’s personality reflected?
  • Strut: Do the pet and human “own” the red carpet?
  • Creativity: Incorporation of creativity into the overall presentation.
  • The pets with the three highest overall scores receive prizes.

Prior to the pet parade, complete the pet information form (included in your goodie bag) to hand to the MC during the Pet Parade.

Provided: Bingo cards, daubers (if you don’t have a favourite one)

What to Bring: Cash, your good-luck troll, favourite dauber

Cost: $5 for one card or $20 for 5

A crowd favourite, join other bingo lovers in the big tent to see if you will be the first to yell Bingo (and make enemies of everyone needing just one more square).

All proceeds go to the winner(s).

The Tollyclub store will be fully stocked with Tolly gear including brand-new items. This is the biggest sales event of the year, so don’t pass up this opportunity to add to your Tolly wardrobe and/or items.

  • Tickets sold throughout the day on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
  • Drawings following dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Location: Volunteers in red aprons on the docks

50/50 tickets will be sold throughout Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Look for the volunteers in the red aprons walking up and down the dock (there’s also a good chance they’ll find you).

There will be a drawing every evening.

The winner receives 50% of the sales for that day.

Our raffle uses tickets to “bid” on your favourite items. Purchase your auction tickets and explore the available raffle items. To bid, leave as many tickets as you’d like in the box in front of your favourite item(s).

There’s no limit to how many tickets you can place in any given box nor how many items you can bid on.

Winners announced on Friday following dinner.
